The start date for receiving research papers for the conference is February 10, 2025.
The last date for receiving research papers is April 1, 2025.
The last date for sending a notification of acceptance of participation in a research paper in the conference is April 5, 2025.
The last date for paying the conference participation fees is April 10, 2025.
The conference date is April 16-17, 2025.Inshah Allah.
Conference Subscription Fees
- In-person participation fees in the conference, including publishing the research paper and accommodation for the entire conference period: 200 thousand Iraqi dinars.
- Virtual participation fees in the conference, including publishing the research paper: 100 thousand Iraqi dinars.
- Fees for in-person participation in the conference without publication or participation with a poster in the conference: 150 thousand Iraqi dinars.
- Virtual participation fees in the conference without publishing: 40 thousand Iraqi dinars.
The method of paying the conference participation fees
– The researcher is kindly requested to pay the in-person participation fee or the virtual participation fee after receiving an email indicating the acceptance of the research in the conference, to obtain the acceptance of the research.
The researcher is kindly requested to pay the in-person participation fee without publication, participation with a poster, or the virtual participation fee without publication one month before the conference.
– The fees are sent by direct contact on the mobile number 
(07710276031) to clarify the method of sending, and after completing the payment of the costs (by the conference participant), the participant will be provided with a receipt for the amount.
Benefits of in-person participation with a research paper at the conference:
- Two-night hotel accommodation (for researchers from outside the governorate), meals, and coffee breaks during the conference day.
- Conference bag with a copy of the conference proceedings and conference certificates.
- Attendance at conference sessions and accompanying events.
Benefits of virtual participation with or without research in the conference:
- Electronic certificate of participation and attendance with a copy of the conference proceedings (sent electronically).
Benefits of attending as a listener or poster participant in the conference (without research):
- Two nights of hotel accommodation (for researchers from outside the governorate), meals, and a coffee break during the conference day.
- Conference bag with a copy of the conference proceedings and conference certificates.
- Attendance at conference sessions and events accompanying the conference.
